This is NOT a bootcamp; you will be coached either one on one or semi-privately only.
I am offering 50% off your first session of this pure and simple personal training opportunity.
Package discounts available and rates are based on $ 75/ hr.
Starting Feb 7 and running through Feb 29, I will be offering workouts at 7:30 am on Mon, Wed and Fri mornings.
Location will be in the south Kihei area and I am also available to come to your private residence.
